For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened, used, or unwanted products.
Please double-check your order before placing it, as we do not issue refunds for color preferences or ordering errors.
💎 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us at info@vanitybyvenus.com within 3 business days of delivery
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging
- Include a brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive the option of:
- A full refund,
- A replacement item, or
- A store credit, based on availability
⏳ Processing Claims
Approved claims are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Vanity by Venus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.
