📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer standard and priority shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and order size.

📫 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
💄 Lost or Stolen Packages
Vanity by Venus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been scanned by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
